The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our city trip. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that the reception was not staffed all of the time. And when I went down one evening, I found the door to reception locked!

The beds are good and the location is easy to find. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean. Enough parking space at the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and traditional, offering an excellent shower and hot water. The breakfast selection was far better than most chain hotels. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful environment to work in.

The hotel should improve their reception service by having it open all the time. The lack of a restaurant for lunch or dinner was inconvenient, even though there were places around that delivered.

Break fast was not worth the money. if it was free then it would be acceptable but for an extra 9 euros, where the hot food?

During my stay at this hotel, I found the cleanliness of the room to be commendable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive and the breakfast was delicious. Although the hotel is located in the residential area, it is conveniently located near restaurants, which made it easier for me to dine out.

We booked this hotel as it had a bar but it was closed. It was too far from anything else. Also they had allocated a disabled guest a top floor room (although they did rectify this)

The room was spacious with the usual amenities, buffet breakfast was filling and fresh. Staff member at checkout was very courteous and friendly.

The staff member at check-in did not have the most inviting personality I have ever experienced. The dining room was booked for an event and there would only be one table available in a tight corner if we wanted to have dinner in the hotel; we decided to eat elsewhere. The people at the event in the dining room were very loud when they left at around two in the morning, had to get up and close the windows.

We recently stayed at a charming guesthouse in a quiet residential area. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was comfortable with high-quality fittings in the bathroom, featuring an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, delivering exceptional service. Breakfast was excellent and varied, providing far better choices than most chain hotels. we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the lovely atmosphere and facilities.

The lack of an on-site restaurant for dinner or lunch. However, there were many options within walking distance or who deliver if necessary.

Room (N0: 100) carpet smelled of "dog" and needed a good vaccuum as well as some air freshener (recommend Frebreeze). Otherwise all OK. Carpet comment needs passing on to Hotel to enable cleaning to be completed.

Staff and owner very helpful and friendly. My wife requested soya milk and gluten free bread when making the booking. This was provided promptly every morning at breakfast. Offered good information on places to visit during our stay.

It was a very clean comfortable hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much.
